About Us

Morecrofts is a Derby-based privately owned electrical engineering contractor.

Managing Director Jared Mitchell and Operations Director Nick Morecroft, and fellow Directors John Smith and Mick Phipps, have a combined experience of over 150 years in the electrical and engineering services industry and are all time-served qualified engineers.

We are fortunate to have all worked together as a team for over 20 years for regional and national electrical and engineering contractors, and have a formidable team in terms of;

  • Design and installation of electrical and mechanical services contracts to a value of £10.0 million

Works are carried out throughout England, predominantly in the Midlands, South Yorkshire and the south east of the country.

We pride ourselves on our ability to work closely with our clients and develop integral relationships which mutually benefit both ourselves and our clients. This generally sees us attaining repeat business.
