Morecrofts negotiated this 157-bedroomed apartment scheme in Birmingham City Centre in 2021. We carried out the full design of electrical services for this blend of new and refurbished buildings in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. Services included mains distribution as well as the installation of: lighting & emergency lighting, small power, fire and security systems, and IT infrastructure.

The end result is very aesthetically pleasing with a great quality selection of new homes located in the city centre. It has also reinforced Morecrofts’ history of providing electrical services to large accommodation projects in the residential and student accommodation sectors.
