Morecrofts secured the design and installation of electrical services to this 330-bedroomed student accommodation facility, named Sandhills, in Central Nottingham in Summer 2019 with works commencing in October 2019.

This is the first project we secured from NMCN Plc and one that required a fast-track approach with handover required in 35 weeks. Morecrofts designed the complete electrical services in a very short period and carried out services installations to a very high standard.

The successful completion of Sandhills in July 2020 lead to us securing a larger 525-bedroomed scheme also in Nottingham with NMCN.
