2023 update: A busy start and exciting outlook

As we approach the midpoint of the year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the numerous deliveries and busy on-site activity that has defined our first half of 2023.

A busy start

We have proudly handed over 15 projects in the past six to nine months, including Swindon College, Cheltenham Medical Centre, Keele University IC7, Segro Park Tottenham, Segro Park Hayes, Barrs Hill School, and Traffic Street Nottingham.

These projects represent close to £20 million in electrical works and capture the breadth of our expertise across the accommodation, educational, commercial and industrial sectors.

An exciting outlook

A significant increase in on-site activities is currently taking our team across the country, including to Newcastle and London. We’re carrying out large amounts of work at The Island Quarter student accommodation, two large food production facilities and a 630,000 square foot warehouse in Rotherham, as well as recently having commenced on the IVC Vets practice in Birmingham.

With today’s contract periods becoming shorter, now we are looking ahead to the end of the year and 2024. And with tender opportunities high, we are confident the 2023 / 24 year will be our busiest yet!”
