A new project for a prestigious new client

We’re thrilled to announce that Morecrofts has secured a new project for a prestigious new client, Speller Metcalfe.

The industry-leading precision engineering centre in Longbridge in the West Midlands will be constructed by Speller Metcalfe for Midlands-based property developer St Modwen, with Morecrofts being awarded the complete design and installation of electrical services.

Upon completion, the centre for Waters Corporation will span across three acres of Longbridge Business Park and house analytical technology equipment.

Morecrofts are delighted to be working on this innovative scheme, and with a new client that holds such a great reputation for quality projects.

This represents our second scheme in Longbridge, with IVC vets practice currently undergoing on-site electrical installation and set to be one of the largest veterinary hospitals in the UK.
