Student Accommodation Project Secured Following Successful Completion of Talbot Street

Morecrofts were delighted to secure this second student accommodation project for Midlands-based nmcn plc following the successful completion of a 332-bedroomed student accommodation facility on Talbot Street in Nottingham.

The project is one of the latest to take shape after Morecrofts announced its success in securing £5 million worth of new projects despite COVID-19.

This scheme in Traffic Street, Nottingham includes electrical installation to a new building of 522 bedrooms of student accommodation. The huge project will be built on largely vacant land and consist of two buildings. It will regenerate an important part of the city while supporting Nottingham City Council’s ambition to see more purpose-built student accommodation in Nottingham.

Speaking about the project, Managing Director Jared Mitchell commented:
