We have completed electrical installations at the new student accommodation located at 248–262 Huntingdon Street, Nottingham. This seven-story development comprises 293 beds, offering a mix of en-suite rooms and studios designed to meet a range of student needs.

The building features a landscaped inner courtyard, study rooms, a gym, and a green roof, providing ample amenities for residents. Notably, the Art Deco façade of the former Playland Amusements Arcade has been carefully preserved and refurbished to serve as the main entrance, blending historical architecture with modern design.

Our team has worked to integrate advanced electrical systems throughout the facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for future occupants. We are proud to contribute to this project, which enhances Nottingham’s student housing landscape.
