Strong pipeline continues with new projects secured across key sectors

We’ve recently secured three new projects that will see our teams delivering electrical installations across the industrial, commercial and education sectors, adding to a strong and varied forward workload.

The newly awarded schemes cover logistics, manufacturing and education environments, each with its own operational and programme requirements as projects move towards mobilisation.

MP6 & MP7 – Magna Park, Lutterworth

We have secured the electrical installations package for MP6 and MP7, two warehouse developments at Magna Park, Lutterworth. These projects further strengthen our presence within large‑scale logistics and industrial schemes and build on our experience delivering electrical services across major distribution facilities.

Factory fit‑out – Leicestershire

We’ve also been appointed to deliver the electrical fit‑out for a new factory building in Leicestershire. The project will be delivered on a fast‑track programme, commencing in June 2026 and completing in October 2026, requiring careful coordination as the scheme progresses at pace through construction.

Broadnook Primary School – Leicestershire

In the education sector, we have been engaged to design and install the electrical services for the new Broadnook Primary School in Leicestershire. The state‑of‑the‑art facility adds to a growing education workload, with works on two secondary schools and a further primary school also due to commence in late 2026 and early 2027.

Together, these projects represent a strong pipeline across multiple sectors and signal a busy but exciting period ahead for our teams. As each scheme moves through design and into delivery, we look forward to providing further updates as work progresses on site.
