Morecrofts were engaged by Cedar House Investments / Radleigh Constriction to provide electrical and mechanical services to 60,000 square foot of office developments on Derby’s premier office location, Pride Park.

Cedar House Investments has developed many acres of land on Pride Park over the last 15 years and Morecrofts were delighted to be the main provider of electrical and mechanical services, carrying out work on nine high specification commercial buildings.

Services have included complete electrical, security and data services as well as providing mechanical services, comfort cooling and plumbing installations. Buildings such as Software AG, Porterbrook, and Lloyds Register also all achieved BREEAM standards for high efficiency.
