Morecrofts secured the installation of electrical services to this new large egg packaging plant in rural Oxfordshire.

The innovative architectural design of this building, cutting-edge packaging process equipment and environmentally friendly services installations made this the country’s leading egg grading and packaging plant, perhaps even Europe’s.

The client, Noble Foods, is the country’s leading provider of free-range eggs and each week grade, package and deliver over 72 million eggs – quite eggstrordinary.

Morecrofts were highly praised by the client for our performance on the project, particularly our Senior Contracts Manager and Site Supervisor.

Service installation included: main switchboard, sub-distribution and sub-mains, lighting and emergency lighting, fire alarm system, door access installation, process power services, small power services, mechanical wiring systems, CCTV installation, data wiring systems, and testing and commissioning.
