£7 Million of New Projects Secure

We’ve secured £7 million worth of new electrical projects, marking a significant chapter of growth and innovation. These projects will showcase our expertise across diverse sectors, including student accommodation, education, and training facilities.

• SAP 4 Filton, Bristol
  A standout project among these is SAP 4 in Filton, Bristol, where we’ve been appointed to design and install the electrical systems for a 330-bedroom student accommodation development. This exciting project is being delivered in partnership with Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd and builds on the success of our recently completed 695-bedroom Island Quarter scheme in Nottingham.

• Centre of Excellence, Leicestershire
  In Leicestershire, we are proud to be designing and installing electrical systems for a new Centre of Excellence dedicated to the electrical and gas sectors. This highly-serviced fit-out will feature hands-on training spaces, with work beginning in December 2024 and completion scheduled for late 2025.

• Vision West Nottinghamshire College – Technology & Skills Centre
  Another exciting addition to our portfolio is the electrical installation contract for the new Technology & Skills Centre at Vision West Nottinghamshire College in Mansfield. Installations are set to commence in September 2024, with completion expected by early 2025.
