Morecrofts secured the installation of electrical services to the cores and risers in this 18-storey office block in central Birmingham. A real landmark building, Three Snowhill was the largest speculative office block to be built outside of London at the time. With 2 storeys of basement this is a 20-storey building and the complex nature of its logistics and planning were critical in the success of completing the scheme successfully.
