The Morecrofts team have had a 15 year long commercial relationship with both Headlam PLC and project management company Rosco (Wellingborough) Ltd.

This successful relationship continued in 2013/14 with the 30,000 square foot extension of Headlam’s Tamworth distribution centre to accommodate additional demand for space, and again in mid-2013 when Morecrofts were awarded the electrical and mechanical contract to a second project.

Morecrofts were awarded the electrical and mechanical contract to design, supply and install all services to Headlam PLC’s new office building at their Coleshill HQ and a 100,000 square foot extension to the warehouse on the same site.

Following a successful tender, Morecrofts developed the design requirements directly with the client and project manager Richard Rosswell, to provide full electrical and mechanical services to this high tech 40,000 square foot office block and associated warehouse.

Time was always going to be tight and Morecrofts and their partners knew that partial handovers and completion dates were critical and worked closely with the team to make sure the client’s requirements were met on time.
