Foundation Park Completed

Electrical installation at Foundation Park is now complete and the project has been handed over with Volker Fitzpatrick to client JP Morgan.

Project highlights include:

• The demolition of two existing units to make way for a single, three-storey CAT A office.
• The installation of energy efficient LED lighting to each room
• The addition of photovoltaic panels on the roof to provide the building with an ongoing source of sustainable energy.
